Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During seasonal drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship through:
- USPS
- UPS (when applicable)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at checkout.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
Please bring your order confirmation when picking up. We are based out of Toms River, NJ
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Two Brothers Bath Co. is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors.
- Contact your local post office.
- Reach out to us and we will assist in filing a claim if necessary.
We will always do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
